Our client, a growing organization and a leader in their industry, is currently looking for a Director of Customer Experience to join their team.  This opportunity allows someone to be an integral part of the growth and future of the company.  The right person will have experience in sales, account management, and be a natural leader through their actions and by setting an example for their team.  This position will eventually lead into a higher level executive role for the right candidate.

  • Manage and cultivate a diverse group of talented, long term employees.
  • Work closely with Production to improve workflows/service to the customer.
  • Work closely with Sales and our outside plants to improve workflows/service to the customer.
  • 5-8 years of progressive growth within a sales organization
  • Must be self driven and be interested in helping to grow a company.
  • Lead by example and be able to work with some longtime employees
  • Experience with process improvement yet flexible enough to go outside the process when necessary 
  • Must understand the value of the customer and be focused on improving the customer experience.
